In general, I believe that it is important to prepare yourself for a long-term commitment of 12-14 years to bring an animalWe are able to pursue our personal interests and hobbies, however a dog’s needs are dependent on his family members to give him/her a great life. Let’s not disappoint your pet with that.

What is your suggestion to children who already have a pet?

PD: Get involved in the daily life of your dogBe a part of the activities that your dog actually enjoys. If you have a Labrador, take him/her for a swim.
